This poll consists of two parts. The first part we gather names of the fly tyers and add up who the top four tyers are in the state by geographic region; Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast. We leave the polls open for two months to allow time for the word to get out and the polls to be as valid as possible. When the first part is completed, we will send you an e-mail letting you know that the second part of the poll is taking place so you can vote for your favoirite out of the top four.
